Join the “Den Kloke Teknologi” conference and learn about how LNS has implemented robotics in mining and tunneling projects!
The annual event called Den Kloke Teknologi (DKT) is the building and construction industry’s innovation conference, an important meeting place for technology-driven innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration for the AEC industry in Norway. The conference is being held this year for the 20th time, with lectures showing best practice, flexible solutions and ground-breaking creativity in use of BIM / VDC in the built environment.
As usual, BuildingPoint Scandinavia will participate and this year we will let our customer LNS present a very exciting project:
SPOT - How to successfully implement autonomous robotics in mines, tunnels and construction operations.
Recently, LNS has incorporated the robot dog SPOT into its mining and tunnel operations through an innovation project. The robot solution has been developed to retrieve scan data and other observations and measurements under extreme conditions outdoors and underground.
The specialist can control SPOT from a central location and achieve a very short response time in the projects. Dirk Niemann comes to DKT to tell how SPOT reduces costs, increases safety, productivity and flexibility for the contractor and their customers.
