Design of wooden facade cassettes in Tekla Structures
How Tekla Structures in combination with Rhino-Grasshopper and other apps with great advantage is used for the solution of the wooden facade cassette project.
998 cassettes are modeled with a high degree of both automation and level of detail.
Automatic extraction of geometry from architectural and the construction models was paired with data from the architectural model and Excel.
Combined in Tekla with in-house developed components that generate the cassettes in 3D.
The final product; auto-generated working drawings and assembly plans, used directly in the production of the cassettes, and are subsequently easily mounted on the construction site.
