3 HOURS TRAINING:
IDEA StatiCa CONCRETE Advanced Training: Prestressed Structures
Intended for engineers involved in prestressed concrete projects!
This course introduces prestress design in both B- and D-Regions, covering theory, creep effects, load handling, and construction stages.
Through workshops, participants will apply RCS and Beam for prestressed sections and saddle beams, and use Detail for advanced modeling such as beams with openings, with practical tips on mesh settings, load types, and boundary conditions.
-
Prestressed concrete, B-regions
Theoretical background, creep, loads and boundary condi, and application capabilities: RCS, Beam
Workshop 1: Reinforced prestressed sections in RCS
Construction stages in RCS and Beam
Workshop 2: Design and codecheck of reinforced saddle beam using the Beam application (2D)
Prestressed concrete, D-regions
Theory, overview of the Detail application
Workshop 1: Beams with openings, going from Beam to Detail
Tips and tricks: Mesh multiplier, load types, partially loaded areas and more.
