Attributes - the “I” in BIM
Nowadays the owner and contractor require much information in the BIM model. The attributes are often referred to as the “I” (Information) in BIM. In many projects there are more than 150 attributes to manage in every object.
You can use ModelChecker to check the information attributes in the BIM model visually before issuing output such as IFC, drawing, Material take off, procurement lists etc. This way you may achieve significantly increased accuracy and make sure you hand over top quality outputs.
