The Slagelse Pedestrian Bridge project with Rambøll, Dissing & Weitling, Aasleff Rail, HSM have been judged as the Winner of the Norwegian and Danish Tekla BIM Awards 2021! CONGRATULATIONS!

Slagelse Pedestrian Bridge

Slagelse Pedestrian Bridge is 60-meter complex steel bridge located over Slagelse Station for the municipality of Slagelse in Denmark. Its complex geometry was solved with help of Tekla Live Link for Grasshopper. This allowed Rambøll in the early design phases to work on the project while still being able to reposition the main geometry.

The winning team has also demonstrated the ability to deal with a Complex project in virtual teams and overcoming the contraints posed by the Covid-19 pandemic through the use of technology…
